I build the whole thing. The interface people use, the API behind it, and the pipeline that puts it in front of them.
Five years in, I have spent most of them on the messy end of the stack: e-commerce platforms with custom page builders, back offices that a real business depends on, multi-tenant SaaS with the audit logging and GDPR work that nobody puts on a landing page.
Mostly that is React, Next.js, Laravel and Node.js, though the tool matters less than picking one that the next person can maintain.
The part I care about is what happens after the code is written. Deployments should be a commit, not an afternoon. So I spend real time on Docker, GitHub Actions and AWS, on servers and domains and the unglamorous configuration that decides whether a launch goes quietly.
I also run two products of my own, so I answer the support messages as well as write the code. I also create and maintain WordPress sites, including managing mcls.pt and maintaining gurumood.pt. That tends to change what you build. I work with founders and small teams who need someone to own a problem end to end rather than wait to be handed a ticket.

Direct-to-consumer store for pre-cut removable window tints, shipped across Portugal. Customers pick a make, model and year, and the kit arrives cut to fit. I built the storefront, the back office and the operations behind it, and I still run the support myself.

WordPress websites built for real businesses, from a new launch to ongoing maintenance. Updates, security, fixes and day-to-day care included when you need someone to keep the site healthy.
Deployments that take an afternoon should take a commit. Containers, CI/CD, server and domain configuration, monitoring for when it breaks.

Native macOS menu bar app
A native macOS app written in 12 hours with no prior Swift experience. Lives in the menu bar: real-time usage tracking, one-click switching between Claude accounts, credentials in the system Keychain, and auto-updates through Sparkle.
Community outage reporting
A platform for reporting and tracking power and water outages across Portugal, with community comments and guides on how to claim utility compensation.
Real-time multiplayer
Concurrent game rooms with a custom coin-flip animation, an integrated wallet for deposits and withdrawals, and multi-language support.
Full-stack marketplace
An order management system with multi-language checkout, automatic supplier order generation and shipment tracking. Laravel backend, Next.js storefront.
End-to-end type safety
A boilerplate with type safety from database to browser, using TanStack Router, Hono, oRPC and Drizzle. PWA support and a custom design system.
Equipment tracking
Tracks equipment work orders and warranties, with soft-delete recovery on brands and models, product analytics and PDF reports for maintenance routes.
Restaurant platform
Digital menus for restaurants, with business onboarding, authentication, S3 image uploads and full menu management on the T3 stack.
Utility web app
Merges multiple PDFs into one. Drag and drop, combined entirely in the browser with pdf-lib, then downloaded. Nothing touches a server.
Subscription sharing
Manages and splits shared music streaming family plans, with authentication, email notifications and usage analytics.
