What a clinic website needs
A clinic is held to a higher standard than a shop: what the site says has to be exactly true.
- 01
Appointments at the centre
When the clinic only works by appointment, the request cannot be buried at the bottom of the page. It sits on the first screen, next to a phone number you tap to call, and it asks only for what is needed: who you are, what you need and when suits you.
- 02
The real opening hours, summer included
Opening hours are the piece of information that is wrong most often. A Saturday afternoon that is closed in July and August has to be written that way on the site, and the same on the Google profile, so nobody arrives at a closed door.
- 03
Services in plain words
Consultations, surgery and grooming at a vet; general dentistry and children's appointments at a dentist. The list uses the names the clinic uses and says what each service is, without jargon.
- 04
No invented stars, no clinical promises
I do not put star ratings in the structured data, nor clinical claims without a source. Every sentence about the clinic has to come from the clinic.
- 05
An English version when it is needed
A clinic that sees tourists or foreign residents gains from a full English version, linked to the Portuguese one so that search engines understand they are the same page in two languages.
- 06
A form that asks for little
An appointment request carries personal data. The form asks for the minimum and says what the data is for and where the message goes.
Clinic demos02
A dental clinic in Bombarral and a veterinary clinic in Alenquer. Both are demos built from each clinic's own copy, not the clinics' official websites. The appointment requests are simulated: nothing reaches the clinic, and the page says so.

Send a few lines about the clinic and how patients book today. I will come back with what I would build and what it costs.
